TEMPLATE SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY AND RENEWABLE GAS
We have developed a template Sale and Purchase Agreement that purchasers and sellers of New Zealand Energy Certificates may use.
The template agreement enables:

the sale and purchase of energy certificates for either renewable electricity or renewable gas
-
multi-year deals
-
fixed of flexible volumes
-
flexible payment terms
-
the purchaser may be an NZECS Participant or an energy user (in which case the acting NZECS Participant is specified).
The template agreement comprises a Master Sale and Purchase Agreement and a Certificate Order. In this way, multiple Certificate Orders can be transacted under the same Master Sale and Purchase Agreement.
